The maritime appraisal center was founded in March 2012 in order to meet the development and new demands of General Maritime Technical Consultant & Service (Fuzhou) Co., Ltd. The center has established and kept good business and technical cooperation with China Academy of Transportation Science/ China Waterborne Transport Research Institute/ Wuhan University of Technology/ Jimei University/ Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College and other research units and maritime universities since 2012.
The maritime appraisal center always upholds the good working atmosphere and working style which were formed during the past years. Several experienced ocean-going vessel maters, deck officers and senior appraisers eventually joined the team. After many years of good working, all the colleagues have good teamwork spirit, comprehensive skills and familarity with the relevant industry laws and standards. The team can provide the special maritime information to the customers once they receive the appointment and keep efficient and professional during all the working time. In order to provide better services to our customers, the employees are regularly trained, visit customers from time to time, study and research in the projects, continuously improve and extend their knowledge. The center has accomplished dozens of projects in Fujian Province and won high applause.
The main business scope of the Maritime Appraisal Center covers:
Preparing and researching various navigational report (including safety evaluation of navigation, safety navigation assurance plan, making registration for record of safe navigation technology and safely utilizing the shore line technology to the Port/Wind power/Bridge/Fish farming projects).
Making the safety plan and assisting to establish the duty officers during the Hydraulic work.
Safety training to the Hydraulic workers and the Guard duty officers.
Making the emergency reaction plan for marine accident
Appraising the risk of anti-pollution.

Our firm has been recognized and appraised by many ship survey agency/Shipyard/shipowner and other customers.
Since 2006, our company has been officially ISO9001 certified and kept it running efficiently.
